🧷 Course Description
In this course you will learn not only how to sew well, but also how to use a sewing machine properly, we will go through all you need to know from setting up to sewing great seams, darts, gathers and more. This course is perfect for those who have acquired a machine or hope to so they can start making things.
🎯 Course Objectives By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Deepen understanding of the sewing machine's capabilities, including the usage of different stitches and attachments.
2. Learn the secrets of sewing & pressing different types of darts in different fabrics
3. Create a sampler book of different seam finishes, including French, capped, and bound seams for perfect finishes to your sewing.
4. Discover great topstitching techniques & the value of back stitching and when to use it.
5. You will learn various gathering and pleating samplers that will extend your sewing capabilities and design ideas.
6. Learn how to create a mitred corner; the perfect finished on splits, hems and more!
