Terms and Conditions

The following refund information applies to students enrolled in a one-day workshop or short course.

Applications for refunds and transfers will be accepted if a request is received at least ten working days prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests received after this time.

  • There will be a $25 administration fee for all one-day workshop course withdrawals and a $50 administration fee for all short course withdrawals.

  • A full refund is given only if the class is cancelled.

  • No refunds or transfers will apply once a course has commenced.

  • Processing of refunds takes at least 12 working days.

  • You may discuss deferring your attendance until the following term, this will be held as a credit in our system.

All refunds will be credited to the same account that purchased the course.

COVID-19 Class Deferral or Cancellation

As the COVID situation is always changing and evolving we too remain as flexible as we can to accommodate constantly changing restrictions. Should you be affected or simply feel more comfortable rescheduling your reservation to another date, please let us know no later than 7 days before your class date. Our classes sell out and have large waiting lists, if you do ask for a refund, we cannot give you priority for the next available class. If you wish to defer, we can put you on the top of the wait list.
