GREAT DAY OF QUICK FUN MULTI STYLES TO MAKE
PATTERN MAKING FOR KNITS is a brilliant one day course introducing the basic fundamentals in drafting & pattern making for stretch fabrics.
During the ONE-DAY workshop you will learn how to draft patterns for garments commonly made in knit fabrics such as tee shirts, hoodies, leggings, the drape cardigan and dresses.
We will unpack what it means to work with stretch fabrics, ribs ratios and many other great questions that come up during the day.
This workshop facilitates pattern making for ALL genders, including trans, neutral and non-binary.
Primarily we will start by looking at items such as:
- THE TEE
- THE HOODY/SWEATER
- THE DRESS
- THE SHORT/TRACK
- THE CARDIGAN
